The National Bank of Azerbaijan issued a formal approval of the merger of Bank of Baku and İlkbank commercial banks. On February 18, 2005 the National Bank issued a license for the banking operations of the newly created Open Joint Stock Company Commercial Bank “Bank of Baku”. |
