Bistraya Pochta
"Bıstraya Pochta" is currently one of the most popular urgent money transfer systems in CIS countries. This is the most efficient and convenient money transfer system for those living, working or studying in CIS area. By joining this system, “Bank of Baku”’s target was the satisfaction of needs of exactly these groups of the population.
The main advantage of this system in comparison with its competitors is very low fees. Currently, within this system, the transfer’s fee makes minimum 5 USD / EUR and maximum 2% of the sum of transfer, dependent on the sum of transfer. Furthermore, "Bistraya Pochta" has got all the other features related to other money transfer systems, like, fast transfer, ease of formalization, payment of fees by the sender only. In addition, the fact that the transfer is being done directly through Internet, increases the speed, security and convenience of the transfer operation.
For your information please note that "Bıstraya Pochta" is represented in all CIS countries, except for Turkmenistan, and except for Baltic countries. According to the information available as of the end of October 2006, the system’s transfers are made through over 1700 points throughout CIS, including 347 in the Russian Federation (of which 67 are located in Moscow), 156 – in Ukraine, 230 – in Moldova, 101 – in Georgia.
 

Procedure for sending and receiving of money

What should I do to send money?

1. Visit branch or an office of the Bank;
2. Complete money transfer form;
3. Submit the completed form and your identification document to the Bank’s employee;
4. Pay the necessary amount to the cashier once you get the relevant documents from the Bank’s employee

What should I do to receive money?

1. Visit branch or an office of the Bank;
2. Submit your identification document and information on amount transferred, sender and transfer reference number to the Bank’s employee;
3. Collect the transferred amount from the cashier once you get the relevant documents from the Bank’s employee
Important notes!

1. If you wish to use any of the services, please ask the employee of the Bank on availability of the required service in the country of the recipient of the service.
2. Please use printed letters when completing the form for transfer or receipt of cash.
3. No fee is levied from the customer on the receipt of cash.
4. All operations for transfer and receipt of money are regulated by the relevant legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
5. You can send or receive money through Bistraya Pochta in any branch or office of the Bank.
