"CONTACT" is the first Russian urgent payment system for international money transfers in US dollars, EURO, and Russian rubles on behalf of physical persons, without opening a bank account.
"Contact" is a unique system that transfers funds not to a country, but to a specific bank, and even to an exact branch.
“Contact” has a flat commission of 3% independence of the transferred sum. Commissions are completely paid by the sender (??). Convenience of registration and safety of transfers are among the advantages of this system. The brand "CONTACT" is the winner of the award “BRAND OF THE YEAR/EFFIE 2003 ".

Procedure for sending and receiving money |
What should I do to send money? |
1. Visit a branch or an office of the Bank;
2. Complete a money transfer form;
3. Submit the completed form and your identification document to the Bank’s clerk;
4. Pay the necessary amount to the cashier once you get the relevant documents from the Bank’s clerk |
What should I do to receive money? |
1. Visit a branch or an office of the Bank;
2. Submit your identification document and information on amount transferred, sender and transfer reference number to the Bank’s clerk;
3. Collect the transferred amount from the cashier once you get the relevant documents from the Bank’s clerk. |

Important notes!
1. If you wish to use any of the services, please ask the clerk of the Bank about availability of the required service in the country of the rec eption.
2. Please use printed letters when completing the form for transfer or receipt of cash.
3. No fee is levied from the customer on the receipt of cash.
4. All operations for transfer and receipt of money are regulated by the relevant legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
5. You can send or receive money through Contact in any branch or office of the Bank. |
