Procedure for sending and receiving of money

What should I do to send money?

1. Visit branch or an office of the Bank;
2. Complete money transfer form;
3. Submit the completed form and your identification document to the Bank’s employee;
4. Pay the necessary amount to the cashier once you get the relevant documents from the Bank’s employee

What should I do to receive money?

1. Visit branch or an office of the Bank;
2. Complete money receipt form, showing name of the sender, amount transferred, place of origin of transfer and other information;
3. Submit the completed form and your identification document to the Bank’s employee;
4. Collect the transferred amount from the cashier once you get the relevant documents from the Bank’s employee;

Important notes!

1. If you wish to use any of the services, please ask the employee of the Bank on availability of the required service in the country of the recipient of the service.
2. Please use printed letters when completing the form for transfer or receipt of cash.
3. No fee is levied from the customer on the receipt of cash. Fees for transfer are determined in accordance with international money transfer tariffs as applied by Western Union system.
4. All operations for transfer and receipt of money are regulated by the relevant legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic.
5. You can send or receive money through Western Union in any branch or office of the Bank.
